We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your enrollment in our art studio camps. Please review our cancellation policy below:

• Refund Policy:

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within two weeks (14 days) of the camp start date.

  • Cancellations made prior to the two-week window will be eligible for a full refund.

• Missed Classes:

  • There are no credits or refunds for missed classes during the camp. We are unable to accommodate makeup sessions for any missed days.

• Timing

  • Camps commence promptly at 9:00 AM; drop-off begins at 8:50 AM.

  • Camp concludes at 1:00 PM.

  • For mid-camp pickups, kindly contact us in advance.

  • Aftercare can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

  • Please ensure timely pick-ups, as additional activities are planned; late pick-up incurs a fee of $1 per minute.

• ​Ticket Transfer:​

  • ​​In the event that you need to cancel your enrollment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations should be communicated via email or by contacting our studio directly.

• ​Notification of Cancellation:

  • ​If you are unable to attend the camp, you have the option to sell or transfer your ticket to someone else, such as a friend or family member. Please inform us of the new participant's details to ensure a smooth check-in process.

• Exceptions:

  • Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Please reach out to us to discuss any special situations.
