Party Policy's

Kids Parties

Booking and Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of %50 is required to secure your date. Full payment is due day of the party.

  • Bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. If you you are needing a instant party, please contact the studio for availability.

Party Duration

  • Kids’ parties last for 2 hours, with 30 minutes for set-up and clean-up.

  • Late departures will incur an additional fee of $50 for every 30 minutes.

Guest Limit

  • Packages include up to 8 children, with an additional fee for more guests (maximum of 16 children).

  • A final headcount is required 3 days before the event.

Food and Beverages

  • You may bring your own cake, snacks, and  beverages.

  • Alcohol is allowed at kids’ parties.

  • All food is allowed throught the studio.

Supervision

  • At least one parent or guardian must be present for children under the age of 5.

  • Studio staff will supervise all activities, but parents/guardians are responsible for general supervision during non-activity times.

Activities

  • Art and craft activities will be led by our studio staff and include up to 1projects , upgrade to more for a extra fee..

  • Please inform us of any theme or specific activities 14 days prior to the event.

Adult Parties

Booking and Deposits

  • A $75  non-refundable venue rental fee is required at the time of booking to ensure your time slot

  • Full payment must be completed 5 days before the event.

Party Duration

  • Adult parties are scheduled for 2 hours, with 30 minutes for set-up and clean-up.

  • Additional time can be purchased for $50 per hour.

Guest Limit

  • Packages include up to minimum of 6 guest.

Food and Beverages

  • You may bring your own food and beverages. Alcohol is allowed for adult parties but must be consumed responsibly.

  • All food and drink must stay in designated areas.

Activities

  • Choose from a variety of creative workshops such as painting, ceramics, or DIY crafts.

  • Inform us of any specific preferences or themes at least 10 days in advance.

Bridal and Bachelorette Parties

Booking and Deposits

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your date.

  • Full payment must be made 7 days prior to the event.

Party Duration

  • Bridal or bachelorette parties run for 3 hours, with an option to extend for $100 per additional hour.

Guest Limit

  • The standard package includes up to 15 guests, with a maximum of 25.

  • A final guest count must be provided 5 days in advance.

Food and Beverages

  • You may bring food, cake, and beverages, including wine or champagne.

  • Alcohol consumption must be limited to designated areas.

Activities

  • Choose from activities like custom-painted glassware, DIY bridal sashes, or personalized décor for the big day.

  • Please inform us of any specific activity requests or themes 10 days in advance.
